RETURN POLICY

Returns, Refunds, and Replacements Policy

Due to the custom-built nature of dental appliances, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. We are committed to resolving any issues or accommodating special requests. Understanding that unexpected circumstances may arise, we offer a graduated, pro-rated return policy based on the stage of your appliance's production:

Opting Out at Any Stage: You may opt out of the process at any stage; however, the refund will be based on the current stage of production. If we do not receive your impressions within 180 days, we will consider your purchase abandoned. No refunds or adjustments will be made past 180 days from the initial purchase date.

Our pro-rated return policy is based on the following stages:

1. Impression Kit Shipped: If the impression kit has been sent to you, the charge is $50 for an upper impression kit, $50 for a lower impression kit, or $100 for both upper and lower impression kits, regardless of whether you decide to move forward with the process.
2. Additional Impression Kits Provided: If we have sent you additional impression kits, the cost of those kits will be deducted from any potential refund.
3. Manufacturing Stage: Due to the custom, bespoke nature of the appliances, once your appliance has been manufactured, it cannot be refunded.
4. Appliance Delivered: If your appliance has already been delivered to you, no refunds will be provided. However, we offer appliance fitment remedies.

Please note that all returns, refunds, and replacements inquiries must be placed within 30 days of delivery. After this period, all sales are considered final. For specific percentages or dollar amounts regarding returns, please contact us directly.
